At Drinkalo’s Coffee, we take pride in delivering fresh, high-quality ready-to-drink coffee beverages. Because our products are perishable food items, we do not accept returns once products have been delivered.

Refunds or Replacements

We may offer a refund or replacement in the following situations:

- The product arrived damaged, leaking, or broken  
- The wrong item was delivered  
- The product appears spoiled before the stated expiry date  
- Items were missing from your order

To request a refund or replacement, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

How to Request a Refund

- A clear photo of the product and packaging  
- A short description of the issue

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued if:

- The product has been consumed or mostly used  
- The product was not stored properly (e.g., not refrigerated)  
- The request was made more than 24 hours after delivery

Refund Processing

If your request is approved, refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.
